Storyline:
The Long Dark Switch NSP puts users in the wake of an enigmatic geomagnetic catastrophe. All modern technology has failed at this event, leaving humanity vulnerable and isolated. You are the bush pilot, Will Mackenzie, whose plane crashes in the Canadian bush.
Episodic Story Mode (aka Wintermute) plays out as Mackenzie’s quest for his wife Astrid after an airplane accident. It is a journey that will lead him to traverse dangerous terrain, meet with several survivors, and uncover their own secrets and tribulations.

The Long Dark NSP ROM is an unmatched survival game in which all choices count. It’s an open-world experience that emphasizes exploration, resource management and surviving the coldness of a frozen wilderness. You feel you are fighting against nature.
Players will need to control their vital signs: hunger, thirst, fatigue and temperature. Food, water, and shelter are top priorities, but as well as that, you need to keep your equipment in good working order, build a new one or repair and rebuild an old one, and cope with dangerous animals such as wolves and bears.
