Hybrid Battle System:
You can seamlessly transition between real-time action field battles and the series’ traditional turn-based command combat. You can stun enemies in real-time and gain an advantage before entering turn-based combat against them; however, boss encounters are limited to turn-based combat.
LGC Alignment System:
For the first time in the franchise’s history, your options will determine your Lawful, Gray or Chaotic (LGC) alignment. This impacts stats, party relations and factions you can join at specific story moments.
Xipha Orbment System:
Replaces the previous Arcus system. Uses custom “Arts” setups and provides unique Shard Skills in relation to Quartz arrangement.
Actionable “Topic” System:
